TP and Rotten Eggs

A RPG in which you play as high school bullies that want to cause mayhem and mischief on Halloween night of 198X. This is a throwback to the bullies of the 80s/90s like the Karate Kid (1984), Revenge of the Nerds (1984), Dazed and Confused (1993) and any bully from a Stephen King movie. As a rambunctious hellraiser, your goal for the night is to plan an "epic prank" on someone you know. It could either be your high school teacher, a group of nerds, a newly-built statue in town hall, etc.
